SF doesn't detect scanner

I am using SF (UScan-SE).8ba on a Win10 computer connected to a Microtek MSR3200A3 scanner.

Connected via USB.
My computer recognizes the scannner and can scan using Windows drivers. But when I launch SilverFast Launcher, it it doesn't list the scanner. I tried the probe with no response.

Any help would be appreciated.

Dear user,

I am not sure which scanner model you are talking about. But apparently you are using an outdated SilverFast version which is not supported on Windows 10.
Please check our website if your scanner is still supported.
