Setup (resolution, QF, etc.) gets lost

We use HDR 6.5 but we have had that problem before:
The programm is losing the setup information in the scanning window.
Deleting the the setupfiles in the useraccounts does not help, nor a uninstall and reinstall.
Silverfast is running as an Photoshop plug in on Windows XP

Dear Mr Mueller

I unfortunately failed to reproduce such a behaviour. Nor do I have a similar error reported by another customer.

Please assist me in further examination of the problem by opening a trouble ticket and sending the SilverFast prefs folder (zipped, as a reply to the "Ticket opened" confirmation email).

I could also need some details of how your SF HDR is configured when this happens. Thank you very much to help me to help you :)
