Serialization Number not accepted

I bought an EPSON 3200 PRO. Of course (I say "of course" because, from the question in your forum, it appears to be a common problem with your software) the serial number printed on the booklet was not accepted.

It was typed upper case, no spaces, with zeros (several times!)

A prompt answer will be appreciated. A prompt resolution even more.
