serialisation impossible

i cannot do the serialisation for silverfast ai 6 download on line.
in the serialisation box when i write my name and serialisation number the sofware ask always for my instalation cd but as i have downloaded i dont have it.
purhaps i dont put the name and user id and password in the wright place.
can you help me ?
