SE download prompts for nonexistent CD (Epson 2450) AGAIN!!

This is exactly the same as somebody else posted earlier but I too have this problem:

Just paid by credit card for a serial number for SilverFast SE (Adobe plug-in for Epson Perfection 2450). But when I type the number in the Serialize dialog, it says "Please Insert your installation CD into the CD-ROM drive".

What installation CD? I thought the software I downloaded was all I needed?

I have the (demo) version of SE that is meant for my scanner, and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it.

Any suggestions?

please forward your email with invoice # to info@silverfast.com or info@silverfast.de and you will be issued a new serial.
