Register & Upgrade problem

I have just re-installed Silverfast AI (Ver. 2.2) after formatting my hard drive.

I am now finding that when trying to re-register the product I get a message stating "Registration failed - Please try again later"

I also get a message stating that I can't upgrade my version to 6.4 as "The server has reported an error. Error downloading from updates server. Please try again later"

Is this due to something I have done wrong or that there is and error at the Silverfast server?

Any help/advice would be very welcome.

Sorry... that should have been version 6.2 and not 2.2
