reflecta RPS 3600 Installation Problem

Reflecta RPS 3600, USB VIA Host Controller V5.0.2195.6717 , WIN2K 5.00.2195 SP4, SF 6.1.0r7 installed.

The SF Launcher do not detect the Scanner - the application hangs up. The only way to quit the Launcher is to use the WIN Task Manager AND switch off the scanner. Any ideas? [/b]
