Problem with SilverFast Studio Upgrade

I just paid for and downloaded the Silverfast Studio Upgrade.
I installed the Studio Upgrade, but I do not see the STUDIO features.
It looks like my regular Silverfast.
The install said that it was successful.
My version number currently is 6.4.0r9c (after Studio Upgrade).
I cannot find the meta tag dialog box or anything else.

O.K. I just found the solution, so it is now working correctly.
I had to enter the new serial number via the "service dialog" box.
But, the whole procedure is all very confusing (and obscure).

how did you find your way to the "service dialog" box, maybe I could try this seeing as the customer support is non existant this time of year??


This has to be the most cumbersome unfriendly & irritating software I have ever come across.
