Plugin in Paint Shop Pro doesn't work

Postby davi » Sun Jul 09, 2006 11:54 am

Hi,

I just installed SF as a plugin for Paint Shop Pro. As the SF Setup didn't detect the PSP plugin-folder automaticaly, I pointed to C:\Programme\Paint Shop Pro 8.10\PlugIns. When I try to start SF from File>Import>Plugins>SilverFast (Nikon M-SE) I get the error "No SCSI Adapter found". See also logfile below. Why this? I don't have any and I don't need any - my Filmscanner connects by USB.

Is there any solution?

Thanks.
Daniel

PS: The same problem occurs with Photoshop 7

From the installation's logfile:
Path : C:\Programme\Paint Shop Pro 8.10\PlugIns\SilverFast(NikonM-SE).8ba

Locking : <SilverFast(NikonM-SE).8ba>: unlocked
Locking : <PlugIns>: unlocked
Locking : <Paint Shop Pro 8.10>: unlocked
Locking : <Programme>: LOCKED
Locking : <C:>: unlocked

Version : SilverFast Nikon M-SE v5.2.1r06.2

System : Microsoft Windows 2000 (Version 5.0 Service Pack 3, Build 2195)
Configuration
- Silverfast 5 SE
- PaintShop Pro 8.10 / Photoshop 7
- Nikon Coolscan IV (LS-40)

Have you tried downloading the latest version of SilverFast?
