No picture on Silverfast Tutorials

Just purchased Epson V700. Installed Silverfast and tried to watch tutorials. Great sound, but no picture. I have Quicktime installed. Any ideas?

Dear Bostonteax,

If you hear the sound it means the video opens, you might have clicked to quick on other window and the video appeared in the background, hence you do not see the image, you can minimize all other windows until you find the one with the video.
