New Imac with 10.7.3
Just installed Silverfast 7400 to my brand new Imac 27' with 2 gig graphic card. The installation looks allright, but the frogram fails to start and only generate a failure report automaticly sent to Apple. How can I solve this problem? The program and scanner was bought i december 2011.

to be able to work with SilverFast and your scanner under Lion, you need version 8 of SilverFast.
Since you bought your scanner between June 2011 and June 2012 you are eligible for a free upgrade to version 8, to obtain the latest version please follow the instructions at: http://www.silverfast.com/problemreport/en.html?filter=form&sub=quick&topic=sf8freeupgrade&source=normal&q=1
