microtek scanmaker 6100 6.2.1r3 serial numb. problem

Hi!

I bought scanner Microtek scanmaker 6100 and got Silverfast with it.
Reason that prevailed in my decision between this an Epson was Silverfast that came bundeled with this one.

Now I'm truly disappointed because I cannot register Silverfast and use it, except demo version.

when I enter serial number, that is written inside the Silverfast box I get message to insert CD and try again(CD is already in!), or to enter correct name if I downloaded it form the internet ( I didn't do that).

I wrote to support right away (4 days ago) and didn't get any answer.

Please help because I have work to do, and I need Silverfast functional.


version is 6.2.1r3.
