macOS demo installer certificates are expired

I downloaded the files for macOS from the demo download page, and when running two of the installers I get a warning that the Apple developer certificate used to sign them expired in July.

These are the installers signed with expired certificates:

However you can install them without any issue by marking the checkbox.
