Macintosh Code Fragment Manager error message

I get this message when trying to use the Silverfast AI photoshop plugin imediately after installation. Any ideas? Ihave tried installing a clean system and have fiddled with memory settings etc. but no joy. full message - Unable to load plug-in beacause of a problem with the Macintosh Code Fragment Manager
