Mac OS 9.2, silverfast 5.5, can't find the plug-in

I just tried to install silverfast 5.5.2 plugin into Photoshop 7 on MacOS 9.2.2. The installation runs up to 37 from 48 objects and finished then. I get the message "installation has finished, restart your computer". After that there is no plugin in Photoshop. The only files I can find by Sherlock are in the Preferences/Twain Folder. But there is no standalone-application or Plug-In.

Where is the problem???

Dear Stefan Puetz -
It is correct, that you will not see the plug-in. Photoshop 7 supports silverfast by version 6. Earlier versions will be invisable in the Import / Export folder
