KUDOS To Lasersoft Download Process

Just this morning I downloaded and installed version 6.4 for my two scanners.
GUESS WHAT? I didn't have to enter any serial numbers, IDs or passwords! -- I just downloaded the upgrades and installed them flawlessly within 4 minutes.

Agree that the web upgrade works wonderfully, and very flawlessly. Well done guys.
Unfortunately I can't say the same about the upgrade to the Studio version of Ai6. Buried in your site is mention of shift+S+F at the same time as a mouse click, then when the menu appears, click "delete serial number file". This is incorrect - it should refer to "delete preference file". It then upgrades flawlessly. This should be part of the instructions for installing the upgrade from Ai6 to the Studio version.
