Invoiced for Epson 3200 but sent 1600 Sn. Help!!
Hi there ... help... after a long wait I excitedly opened my Silverfast delivery from Hamburg. Sadly I was correctly sent an invoice for the Epson 3200 which I recently acquired, but the Sn. on the manual is for an Epson Expression 1600! Now I can only use demo mode!!! How can I get th ecorrect Sn. ? Is thee an Aussie supplier I can contact for a quick fix please? I am happy to send PDF of invoice received from "Theda Schmidt" <theda.schmidt@silverfast.com> along with a scan of the manual cover and clearly visible Sn. for Expression 1600!!
