Installation Silverfast 5.1 and Windows2000 doesn't work

Hi,
I'm using an EPSON Perfection 1200 USB Scanner and WindowsMe for a year or so and all runs fine.

Now I decided to migrate to Windows2000 using the same P-III PC.
After installing Windows2000 incl. SP3 I tried to get the scanner and Silverfast installed - but suprise during the installation process of Silverfast the message "Ein Fehler ist w?hrend des Kopiervorgangs aufgetreten: -113" which gut be roughly translated to "an error occured during copy operation: -113"

Of cause I'm using an Admin account and installed the original Epson Twain4 driver before.

Any hints?
