Installation of multiple scanners

I am using Silverfast SW for a flatbed scanner (Epson 4990) and a film scanner (Nikon 4000) for a while, but never used the concurrently. No I also installed a Nikon 9000 and need to run this scanner concurrently with the Nikon 4000.

If I switch on only one of them silverfast recognizes that and works fine, but if switching on both, only the 4000 is found. Starting a 2nd versioon lead to a none registered version.

What can I do ?

The problem is likely in the Nikon libraries. If i remember correctly, Nikon does not allow more than one scanner powered up on a single computer. Your only choice would be to use a second computer if you need both on at the same time.
