Installation Issue

I have been using an Opticfilm 8200I AI for quite a while now using Silverfast 8.0.1.r40. I have upgraded Silverfast at least three times prior to this release without issue and my Opticfilm drivers are right up to date.

When the new update to Silverfast (8.2.0r3) was released I tried to update but keep getting the image as attached advising to install Silverfast on all scanners but I cannot continue with the update after this pop up

The only other physical scanner attached is an old Epson 3170 but this is turned off

Please help as I am totally baffled by what to do next !! thanks

Dear customer,

This is not an error message.
It is just a standard information pop-up to remind users to update all their versions in case several are installed.
This is always shown when starting a current installation file.
It does not matter if a second scanner is attached or not.

The installation should continue normally afterwards.
If not please make sure you are logged in as an administrator.
