It ought to be possible for a person with a doctor degree to follow you installation instructions and have them work. I cannot get access to the "feature CD" after multiple trials. I've inputted the correct serial number. After I do that, nothing at all happens. Using Win XP. Please advise or foreward a refund. I am not going to waste any more time trying to figure this out. Hmm, you allready installed the "standard" SilverFast before?

I had no problems following these steps:
1) install Silverfast and serialise it, then close the apps
2) insert the feature CD, start Photoshop or other host, then SilverFast again
3) go to the info button in SilverFast and press the update option
4) type in the serial number that comes with the feature CD

That?s all you have to do, it worked in my case (ok, i use a Mac )
If there are any further problems, you?d be better off to call their support hotline to get instant answers.
