Impossible to run the software

I have a Reflecta Crystal 7200 scan and works fine..I bought the Silverfast to improve the quality but is impossible to install the program. I use windows 10 professional (and Spectre HO computer..)..
May you help me ?

Dear chiantigallo,

Which version of SilverFast are you using. Windows 10 requires the latest SilverFast 8.
