I'm trying to delete the silverfast directory in Import-Export and get an error that says "Cannot delete SilverFast, Access is denied. The source file may in use." I've renamed it, and rebooted... and it still states that it can't be deleted. Any idea on how I delete this directory?
In addition, I've deleted and/or renamed every file on my main disk (C) that looks like SilveFast, and Photoshop still shows that SilverFast is installed. Any idea where it's finding SilverFast?
Thanks!

You should use Properties to switch on Write Protection, and switch it off after this, should be also for all subfiles/folders. If Photoshop is closed, you should now delete the SilverFast files.
Photoshop check all files in this folders. If there is a file, what is a import-plug-in, then it list it with the internal name in the import menu. Changing the file name don't prevent this behavior.
