I am using a Powerbook G4 (1Ghz) connecting to a Microtek 9800XL via firewire. Using Panther OS X.2.3.
I tried installing Silverfast AI from CD. During installation, the installer searches for the Photoshop folder. It then produces the message: 'Error creating folder'. Followed by the code: 1008:9, -61. A message follows stating: 'An error occurred that prevented the installation from completing.'
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Kai

Dear Kai
depending on how old the version on your CD is, an update might help.
Please try if the latest release version with can be downloaded from our website doesn't already solve the problem.
However, if you want to download an update for the Ai version, you need to register under "Support" -> "Registration" first.
Or directly: https://www.silverfast.com/reg/en.html
You will automatically be send the username/password for the download section.
