Download German Version, German manual

Hey,
after I payed the upgrade with my credit card, I came to the download area for SF 6 for my Microtek ArtixScan 4000TF. There is only a english version of SF 6. I'm missing a german version (like SF 5.5) and a german manual. Theres a download link for the manual of SF 6, but the file named SilverFast_Manual_Ai55_E.pdf and it's seemed to be the manual of the older version?
