Cannot use button on Plustek 7200 to run Silverfast

I have installed all s/w from the Plustek CD and have installed Silverfast SE. Slverfast runs, if I start it from the desktop.

When I try to use the button on the front of the Plustek scanner, it says that Silverfast SE has not been installed correctly.

OS is Win XP

Can someone help me to get by this issue?

I am sorry, we will not support the Button on the front of the scanner, because you will find all what you need inside SilverFast.
