I made a mistake to install a demoversion over a registered version on my computer (running MacOS 10.2.4) I've removed all files (also the ones in Photoshop) and installed the programme again, but still I get the message: cannot read/write to logfile. I have to fill in again the sr number, i make a scan and the logo is in the scan. I've changed the ownership of the logfile: no result.
Who can help me, i need to make scans soon!!

strange behaviour
As I found out now: make sure that the user that ant to work with silverfast is (temporary) the administrator of the computer during instalation and registration. When you have done this than he/she can use the program. complicated but it works.
