Can't open SF 6.6Ai demo

Hello,

i downloaded a demo version of SF6.6 Ai for an Epson 2450 Photo. The file is 27,4 megs and when i opened the file, the installer is working fine except that i can't find where is was installed on my IMac (10.5.4). Also during the installation , when i opened the personalized options, i saw that only the PS CS3 plugin is listed and it has 0 octets. Can't used it through PS CS3 also.

What can be wrong?

I have installed on the same computer SF6.6 for Minolta 5400 and SF6.4.4 for Epson 2450 and both are working fine...

Dear Mylek

The Software should have been installed into the "Applications/SilverFast Application" folder.
If this did not succeed please check your user and file access permissions.
Maybe you should let the Disk utility check your harddisk.
Sometimes Apple updates mess up the access rights.

Dear Mylek,

you should be able to launch the Demo version with our "SilverFast Universal Launcher" where all SilverFast versions can be launchesd from.

after many try, i found out that when i copied the demo from my laptop, my memory stick was full... So the application was left out of the file even it was written 27,4 meg when i looked at the info of the file... I had only the plug in.
Everything is working well. I'm making my mind if i should update from SE 6.4 to SE Plus or Ai since they are about the same price. Otherwise, it is going to be expensive for such an old scanner to use once in a while for MF slides.
