can I isntalls silverfast on a Laptop with no internet

I already have Silverfast AI for my Epson 10000XL, which is run from my iMac. but it is to heavy to take around to the various libraries where I do Scanning.

I have just bought a Plusteck Opticbook 3600 plus, and an old dell Laptop with XP, as the siverfast works great in demo mode, but my dell laptop has no internet connection. will I need that if I buy install a full version on the dell so that I can take the Opticbook scanner around with me.? I wont be able to connect from my del...

the Plusteck Opticbook software is a joke... and no wonder they were selling the scanner cheap... but the silverfast on it (as it doe son my Mac) makes a cheap scanner into a fantastic scanner.

Dear Sandy,

An Internet connection is not required to use SilverFast.
You can download our installers on a separate computer and move them using an USB-stick.
