I have purchased a copy of Silverfast 8.5 for the purpose creating an icc printer profile. However, in order to do this for my device and inset I need to be able to open and print the target outside of Silverfast, and for that need a copy of the target in some file type that can be opened in Photoshop. Is there any way to open the target file in Silverfast and save it to disk as a .tif or .jpeg file? If not, how can I obtain a .tiff or .jpeg copy of the target file?
Other applications that I have used with Datacolor and X-Rite provide a path to save the target file. I assumed that Silverfast would also have this capabilility?
Thanks.
SK

Re: Target File for Printer Profiling
Dear SK,
No sorry. The image must be printed directly from SilverFast without any further adjustments.
Kind regards,
Arne
