SRD wont work after a certain output size

Hello

I can get the SRD feature to work on the finale product when the out-put size is somewhat small. But when I need the output say 18x24, it will not render the final product with the 'no dust or scratches' feature. It works on a 4x6.....Is there a way to get around this? I just want to render my picture at in output size of 18x24 with no dust marks....................
