Hi,
After hours of reading and research I have found very little in how to organize my scanned slides and how to present them in a slide show type format. Would I use something like Thumbsplus to organize them? Would I use something like Powerpoint to make a slideshow?? I want to find these answers before I even start scanning with my new Plustek 7200 and Silverfast 6.6. Thanks.

Re: Slide shows
I suspect as people read your question you will get recommendations for a number of products that allow you to keep track of your images (Digital Asset Managers) along with a number of programs for creating slide shows. I recommend downloading a demo version of Adobe Lightroom. There are enough free tutorial videos available to show you how to use it and at the end of the trial period you'll know if it does what you want/need. As I mentioned there are a number of programs available.
