SilverFast and Monico IT8 Targets

Packaged with my Epson V750 scanner were both Monaco EZcolor with a supplied Monaco IT8 5x7 reflective target and SilverFast. Epson chose not to include your SilverFast targets. Although SF "accepts" the Monico target it "refuses" the Monico reference data by saying "no data available" or words to that effect when I try to open the Monico reference file in SF.
Any suggestion on how to convert the Monaco "mrf" into the SF needed "txt" mode?

Dear Bill,

we are well aware of this problem with the Monaco reference files. Monaco has choosen no to deliver the reference files in standard ascii mode but in an own file format that we can not encode. I would reccomend to buy some IT8 in our online store as we have a 25% discount on them till the end of the year.

Thank you for your quick response. I found the discounted prices yesterday and ordered the Fuji reflective SF 5x7 target. Will my Silver Fast Fuji target also work on photographs taken with Kodak film?
