Silverfast Ai Scans Not Sharp?

I have been comparing scanning software on my Epson V750 Pro with Silverfast AI, Epsonscan, and v**s**n. I am consistantly getting unsharp scans with Silverfast and have no idea what's going on. The sharpening option is turned off on each software, as well as multi-sampling. The contrast for each scan is also very similar. I am scanning at the same dpi at 48bit. There is a pretty drastic difference in the sharpness of Silverfast compared to the others. I love the features of Silverfast but will not continue using it if I can't figure out what's going on. Can anyone shed some light on what may be going wrong? thanks

Try changing the scanning profile in SilverFast to the one that Epson Scan is using and see if that helps.
