Scanner adjustments

When I place the red square around one of the scans the image is adjusted.
How do I keep the image as it is before the red box is placed around it?

For instance in this image, I've selected the bottom image. If I select the top image it will be adjusted but I want to scan the top image as it is here, unadjusted.

Dear Suspire,

You appear to be working with negative stripes.

After you've selected the frame with the desired exposition (and before selecting the following frame), you will deploy the expert dialogue in NegaFix, then deactivate CCR and Auto options (see pict.).

All pictures will keep the adjustments they had before you deactivate the automatic adjustments.
