Scanned HDRi images are negative

Postby garyritson » Wed Jul 11, 2012 2:07 pm

Hello

After having scanned my images from negative strips HDR for archival at a later date. When I view them in VLT they are all negative. Is there a way of seeing them in VLT as positives?

Thanks

Gary

Dear Gary,

the HDR workflow does not process the NegaFix profile to the image, so that it still is a negative
on the operating systems file structure. In the HDR software the Thumbnails will look negative as well.

The transformation is made as soon as the images are loaded for editing and Negative is set as
image type.
