Retaining Text

I've just tried using the Retain Text feature of the descreening process in SF8 and it's very good, however it's missing the inside of the letters.



You can see it's not descreening the inside of letters like O, D and B. Is there a way to fix this?

Dear Customer,

Thank you for the hint.
Please make sure you are using the latest update.
You can reduce the value for the retain text feature to compensate this effect.
But keep an eye of the overall text recognition.

I have also forwarded this to our testing center for further analyses.
But an analysis for the inside of the letters would probably require additional processing and longer scan times.
