problem with image output

Postby discau_blackout » Mon Oct 08, 2018 7:41 pm

Hello,

I’m new to this forum so I was not sure where to post this.
When I scan with iSRD, SRDx, GANE,... actived, I get a bizarre output with abstract polygones. Any clues?

Dear user,

please deactivate the iSRD scratch and dust removal feature. The scanner's infrared light unfortunately can not penetrate the silver halide emulsion and therefor can not be used for automatic scratch and dust removal. You can use the software sided SRDx instead.

Kind regards,
Artur
