Preview image is good,but the scanned image is not the same

I use silverfast SE plus 8.8.02 for Nikon 50ED.The preview image is quite good,the color is very beautiful,although the preview image looks as small as a postage stamp.After I scan it,the result disappoint me,the color is quite different from the preview one,and looks abnormal.What happened with it?How can I get the scanned image same as the preview one? Thank you very much.

Dear customer,

Please check if the output bit-depth is maybe set to one of the HDR(i) RAW archive formats.
Those would be saved unchanged for later processing in SilverFast HDR Studio.

Otherwise please contact us through the SilverFast Help menu so you can send us some samples.
