Prescan quality bad in full frame size

Postby lainey » Thu Dec 09, 2010 8:03 pm

I am a beginner and could not find an answer in the forum. After pre-scanning slides, the thumbnails look good but when I click on the full frame icon, it is really bad with jagged edges. Is there anyway to make this image better so that I may more clearly see the results of photo editing? I did open 'configuration' and checked off 'quality preview'. I am using SE on a Mac fully updated with an Epson V700. Thanks

Dear lainey,

You should increase the scan resolution, please check our user manual at: http://www.silverfast.com/documentation/en.html
