Prescan is lighter than final scan

Hi,

My prescan is much lighter than my final scan. Can you tell me what I need to do in order to have my prescan match my final scan? I am using Mac OSx 10.11.6, Plustek Opticfilm 8200i, & Silverfast application 8.0.1r18. I am also using the active workflow pilot feature & scanning slide film (archive) at 48bits HDR.

Dear customer,

Your version of SilverFast is outdated.
Please install the latest update from our website.
In addition you might have to update the driver from the Plustek website (called Patch there).
