Dear user,
which Film tray are you suing? (please give exact code likeFH-835S)
The scanner has a fixed scan width. Is your film centered correctly? It looks like the lower part might be outside the scannable area.
Kind regards,
Arne

Re: Non entire picture with Nikon Coolscan 9000
Dear user,
The images seem to be at quite an angle.
Do they sit straight in the slide holder?
Did you perform an overview before scanning them?
That calibrates the holder position and makes sure the slides are centered correctly.
The lower edge being that close to the edge might cause the edge recognition to fail.
Have you tried doing the frame recognition during scanning?
Does that fail too. It should force a 35mm frame there.
Kind regards,
Arne

Yes an overview
If i use the frame recognition during scanning, there are black edges that are not cut correctly
if i use the frame recognition after scanning, the frame isn't detected correctly

Dear user,
If you want to get rid of the black edges you can set the "FindFrames: Outset" in the SilverFast preferences' Auto tab to a negative number so the found frame is set slightly smaller.
Kind regards,
Arne

Please make sure you are using the latest update.
The version 8.8.0r7 should recognize the 35mm holder correctly as the base holder and offer the 35mm frame finding as an option.
That will fix the found frame to the correct format.
Kind regards,
Arne

The problem has already been pointed out, but nothing has been done. I have the latest version.
