We recently purchased a new Epson scanner with SF 5.5. 2 questions I couldn't find an answer to:
1) Is there a more comprehensive manual than the hardcopy or PDF that comes with SF? I'd like something more in depth like the Photoshop manual, that goes over every function.
2) What is the function of the Focus button on the side of the Preview window? Couldn't find any info about this.

The PDF file, which you can open by clicking the "?" button in SilverFast is the current documentation about SilverFast. You can get additional information about negative scanning and NegaFix by clicking the "?" button inside the NegaFix Dialog.
The meaning of the focus button depends on your scanner module. If you tell me what module you have, I can tell more about it.
