I have an Epson V750 (on a Mac). Although I like all the great options of the Silverfast software I never seem te get a normal colored scan. The scans are often extremely red (Portra 400VC). Negafix seems to do no good either. I select the proper film but the colors are still horrible.
I'm now more or less forced to work with the simpler Epson software, which offers less functionality, but give me perfect colors for all the scans without having to use things like negafix.
Why does it have to be so difficult to get a proper scan from Silverfast?
