HDRi problem: blue picture

Postby bbw » Thu Nov 03, 2016 8:43 pm

Hi all,

I'm evaluating Silverfast Studio but I run into the following problem: I'm using a Coolscan 5000 to scan a negative film strip to HDRi 64 bit. The preview looks fine, but when I open the resulting .dng in HDR studio I get this strange blue filter that I can't get rid of. See the images below. Scanning to a 'normal' 48 bit tiff file gets normal results, and when the file is opened in HDR studio, I can see the normal picture for a fraction of a second.

Can anyone give me a hint on what I'm doing wrong?

Dear user

this happens due to the watermarks in the demo image. you can download testing HDRi RAW files here from our website.

Kind regards,
Arne
