Dust elimination plugin or program?

I have a Creo Scitex iQsmart3 scanner. SilverFast does not support it. Creo makes an expensive dust elimination program. I would like to find a Photoshop plugin or standalone program to eliminate dust that is reasonably priced. Thanks.

Only works on windows based PC's.

SilverFast DC and SilverFast HDR also removes dust and scratches. You can find both plugins on our web site. Free demo versions are available.
