Descreening misses some parts of image

Hi I am using Silverfast SE version 8.5.0r8 and my scanner is an Epson Perfection V700. Windows 10.
I have used descreen before with no issues but today I am finding the descreen is missing parts of the image.
I have attached a sample so you can see what I mean.
Are there some settings I have missed?

Dear Maria,

Do you maybe have the "Retain Text"/Text recognition active?
If yes please try deactivating that.
