Densitometer

I have read the manual about the densitometer and looked at video .. they all say that if I hit shift and click on a spot on the prescan that the numbers in the densitometer will be "frozen" on that space. I have also read that a dedicated densitometer should appear for that spot. This is not working when I try it. What am I doing wrong.

Please help as I am getting very frustrated.

Dear meg,

The extra fixed point densitometer pipettes are only available in SilverFast Ai and Ai Studio. Probably you are using SilverFast SE or SE Plus.
