Color Shift

I am experiencing a substantial color shift toward purple when scanning above 3600 DPI. AT 3600 DPI colors match the preview but not at 7200. Scanner is Plustek 8100. Silverfast version is SE PLus and up to date

Dear customer,

Which operating system and SilverFast version are you using?
Please make sure the drivers (if on Windows) and SilverFast version are up to date.
This sounds like an error which was fixed in the current driver.
On OS X SilverFast installs the manufacturer drivers.

Dear customer,

have you installed the latest drivers from the Plustek website?
On Windows you have to updtae the drivers using their installer.
It will first remove the old drivers and then install the new ones.
Make sure the scanner is not attached while doing this.
