Changing TIFF File Creator to open in Photoshop

In SilverFast, is there a way to change the default TIFF File Creator so that saved files will open in Photoshop instead of Preview (on a Mac)? This feature is available in the NikonScan software and is very convenient for batched files.

I think that depends only of which application you have assigned to TIFF. If you assign photoshop to Tiff files, all tiff files will open Photoshop.
